Code of conduct
ModelGo brings together talent and professionals from many backgrounds, united by mutual respect and a commitment to doing good work. These rules apply to every member and to everything posted or sent on the platform, and all content must respect the laws of Saudi Arabia and public morals.
For models and talent
Your profile is your professional shop window, and the way you work is what builds your reputation on the platform.
- Use real, recent information and photos that represent you accurately, and never pretend to be someone else.
- Be on time, and let the other side know early if something stops you from attending.
- Don't accept a booking you don't intend to honour, and don't cancel without good reason.
- Respect the scope of work, usage rights and confidentiality set out in the contract.
- Keep agreements and payments on the platform, and don't ask to be paid any other way.
- Members under 18 must have a parent or guardian's consent before applying to any casting.
For professionals
Whether you're a brand, a photographer or an agency, you're responsible for providing a safe and clear working environment.
- Post castings with accurate details: the nature of the job, the fee or type of collaboration, the location and the dates.
- Never charge talent to apply, register or put together a portfolio.
- Honour the agreed fee and usage rights, and don't use material beyond the scope of the contract.
- Provide a professional, appropriate shoot location, and let talent bring a companion.
- Be respectful, and never ask for anything beyond the agreed nature of the work.
- When working with anyone under 18, a parent or guardian's consent and presence are required, and we review the casting manually before it's published.
Content moderation
We continually review content on the platform, using automated tools and a dedicated team, to keep the environment safe, respectful and in line with Saudi laws and public morals.

How reports are handled
Our trust and safety team reviews every report in strict confidence, and we never reveal who made a report to the other person. We may contact you for more details, and we prioritise reports involving someone's safety or minors. If you believe a decision about your account was a mistake, you can contact us to ask for it to be reviewed.
