Almost every year, work on Ramadan campaigns starts a little earlier. Over the past few weeks we have seen a clear rise in Ramadan-related casting calls on ModelGo, from restaurants and coffee to fragrance, fashion and telecoms.
Why so early?
A good Ramadan campaign needs more lead time than most. It is usually filmed weeks before the month begins and relies on warm family scenes, special set dressing and locations that must be booked well in advance. Many brands also prefer to wrap filming before the mid-year school break.
